  • “How do you inspire more women into Cyber Security?”

    Women weren’t considering a career in cyber due to stereotypes and a lack of representation: they did not see other women in cyber, so they could not imagine themselves in that role.

    Helpfully, Deloitte was already a pioneer in this space, with a female Global Cyber lead and a female lead of the Global Cyber practice. So, ACNE developed a campaign showcasing the diverse and brilliant women who already work within Deloitte Cyber, the broad range of skill-sets that they have and the impact they have every day on society. With a range of assets used externally and internally – social films to prints ads to zoom backgrounds – we changed the way women saw themselves in the cyber industry.

  • A 30% increase in female job applicants in key markets such as Canada. 24M+ unique impressions, and 4.2M+ views.
